Corstorphine & Wright has designed and delivered new facilities for Woodrush Academy to address previous needs and enable the school to maintain its Ofsted Outstanding status.
The development addressed the previous shortfall of accommodation for Sixth Form requirements and specialist facilities by incorporating a school library and additional teaching space.
Local community requirements have also been addressed through the inclusion of a public library, youth and community centre, café, gym, dance studio and meeting space.
These additional facilities provide modern, flexible spaces for community groups, and assist and enhance the existing connection between Woodrush High School and the community.
