The Store House, 140-142 Briggate, Leeds, is the former House of Fraser store, which will be redeveloped into a Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) scheme.
The design includes 369 en-suite bed spaces made up of 238 3-8 bed clusters and 131 studios. In addition there will be over 3,000sq.m of flexible-use retail floorspace at ground and basement.
Over 500sq.m of thoughtfully designed and highly specified amenity space will accommodate a variety of uses including: co-working & study, a wellness suite, lounge and recreation areas, a screening room and private dining with roof terrace.

The scheme was unanimously backed by councillors at the Leeds City Council Planning Committee and is due to start on site early in 2023, delivered in a single phase in time for the 2025-26 academic year.
