Planning permission has recently been granted for the redevelopment of Cassiobury House at Watford Junction
Located within the main employment area of Watford, two linked buildings of varying heights and extending up to 13 storeys will feature a 168 bed hotel and 43,000sqft of premium office floorspace, delivering new high quality commercial use buildings in place of the existing Cassiobury House on Station Road.
The office accommodation will benefit from a roof terrace with far reaching views across Watford.
The proposal supports continued office use coupled with the introduction of retail space, which will better integrate the building with the street frontage, in order to enhance and activate the public realm at ground level.
