Building 10 involves the careful insertion of new 112 bed, residential block within the footprint of a Grade II listed former warehouse building on the historic Royal Arsenal site in Woolwich.

We were appointed by Berkeley Homes to develop the optimised design proposals and detailed construction status information for the conversion of a Grade II Listed, former factory building and the insertion of a new build, 10 storey residential block within the historic Royal Arsenal site in Woolwich.

The existing listed factory building is to be refurbished to incorporate high quality office, retail and restaurant accommodation with a semi-covered landscaped public courtyard.

Building 10 at Royal Arsenal is a part of a wider regeneration project which has been undertaken by Berkeley Homes over the last fifteen years.

The project sits on a prominent location near the new Cross Rail station.

The residential element, constructed within the factory footprint will deliver a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplexes, including fully accessible wheelchair units.
