As part of a major re-structuring exercise to replace and update existing machinery and processes, Corstorphine & Wright worked with a Development partner to review business consolidation options for Pilkington Automotive Ltd whilst maintaining critical order programmes and process continuity.
The outcome of the feasibility study resulted in a commission to extend a live facility to allow integration of process and stocking operations on one site.
The project required a new build extension as well as improvement and over-cladding of the current warehouse.
The project is adjacent to Corstorphine & Wright’s Velocity 42 project.
