Alcohols Limited appointed Corstorphine & Wright to design and deliver a new headquarters office and manufacturing facility.
To facilitate their continued growth, Alcohols Limited appointed Corstorphine & Wright to design and deliver their new facility in the strategic location of Rugby at the heart of the country.
The development comprises of three separate buildings, multiple tank farms and pipe-bridges. The first building, a two-storey modern office block with open plan offices, welfare and laboratory spaces will create a new Headquarters office for the business.
A further two buildings are industrial units. The first, a Gin Distillery which encompasses as Distillery Hall, Showroom and Energy Centre. The second unit provides a solvents warehouse, with large covered storage.
Corstorphine & Wright successfully worked with the main contractor and delivered the facility in 2022.
