Corstorphine & Wright supported Trebor Developments, to achieve planning consent for a speculative logistics facility near Junction 4 of the M18 in Doncaster.
After securing a detailed consent, we delivered the project with the appointed contractor and also provided a series of virtual tours and animations to support the marketing of the development.
The 411,000 sq.ft single unit development was successfully let to a leading 3PL operator within a year of completion.
