The Grade II listed Ellel House has been carefully restored to be the focal point of this luxury senior village and is set in over three and a half acres of beautifully prepared private grounds. Corstorphine & Wright worked closely with Lancaster’s Senior Conservation Officer on all aspects of the repairs and refurbishment.
The project received a commendation at Lancaster Design Awards.
