He has an exceptional understanding of the industry in the region and has developed strong client, consultant and contractor relationships.
Ross has delivered solutions for business relocation and expansion, development of shopping centres and retail parks, both new build and refurbishment, and low energy, BREEAM Excellent office design.
Ross has been instrumental in key projects including the conversion of 72,000 sq ft warehouse for Fothergill Polycom to accommodate the relocation of their fabrics coating business; the Welbeck Estates Company's Castle Retail Park in Penrith; and a new training academy and main office refurbishment for Electricity North West at their Whitebirk depot in Blackburn.
