Richard Wagenhauser Associate Director
Richard leads teams in the delivery of projects in a multitude of sectors that encompass a variety of sizes and values.
Since joining Corstorphine & Wright in 2006, Richard has a wide range of experience from leisure, hotel and retail to commercial, industrial and higher education, encompassing a variety of sizes and values.
Richard began his career in South Africa prior to relocating to the UK in 1997 to set up a new office to serve a European roll-out programme of multiplex cinemas and retail leisure facilities, including casino projects.
Richard has worked on the development of the British Horse Society Headquarters in Warwickshire, Whiteley Cinema in Fareham and the Students’ Union building for the University of Sheffield.
