Managing the day-to-day running of the practice, Paul is known for his strategic leadership, as well as for developing and evolving our homegrown talent.
A natural motivator, he acts as a mentor to young architects and technicians, helping them to develop the technical skills and experience they need while instilling a solid passion for design quality.
