Lucy is the practice’s Residential Housing Champion and leads a close-knit, talented and experienced team.
Lucy thrives at masterplanning sites and has great knowledge and understanding of producing 3D models, designing layouts, producing information for public consultations, and generating planning applications.
She has been working in the industry for almost 20 years, with the majority of her experience being in the residential sector. Since joining Corstorphine & Wright in 2006 she has predominantly focused on strategic residential developments and has successfully designed and planned schemes for some of the UK’s leading housebuilders and largest private landowners.
