Karen has worked in the built environment for over 20 years and is passionate about how we as individuals and collectively can give back to the communities we are working in and play our part in responding to the global climate crisis.
In her role as Head of ESG, Karen is responsible for developing and overseeing all environmental, social and corporate governance policies and procedures as well as reporting on and collating and disseminating good practices and generated knowledge across our internal network and to support our work winning.
