Erica is a core member of our dedicated Bluelight team with several years’ experience of delivering multiple Bluelight projects from new headquarters to custody suites.
Erica produces high quality design solutions and is highly skilled at coordinating and communicating on a day-to-day basis with the client and all members of the design team.
Erica strengths like not only in her design ability but also in her understanding of the needs of the end user. Understanding operational needs, particularly for Bluelight facilities is critical and Erica spends time to engage with the end users to listen and also bring options from her previous experience and current thinking from the sector.
