David Singh Defence Director
Leading our defence team, David is an Architect with extensive experience in the delivery of numerous complex projects across the UK Government Estate
He works with public sector organisations including Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO). David is responsible for strategic assessment and delivery of multiple feasibility, viability, option and assessment studies through to the delivery and full design of facilities necessary to allow the military to effectively Live, Work and Train.
David works with our clients in the development of existing and emerging requirements through effective stakeholder engagement and leads multi-disciplinary design teams.
He has extensive experience in the architectural design and masterplanning for a wide range of MoD facilities ranging in value from £1m to £300m+, including high security and protected environs for specialist operational requirements, relocation of major military units, facilities on or adjacent to active airfields, explosive storage and processing facilities and plotting of associated safeguard zones, armouries and gatehouses.
