Dan has significant experience in designing mixed-use private commercial and large-scale residential schemes, as well as delivering high-quality designs in the student residential, care-home and retail sectors.
He has been an integral part of the team to secure planning for The Martlets redevelopment scheme in Burgess Hill, as well as recently delivering the McCarthy and Stone Assisted Living development in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
His previous experience includes the delivery of high-quality large scale residential developments, as well as being a member of a team delivering a block at the London 2012 Athletes Village.
