The new store located on the Southam Road in Banbury has seen the redevelopment of a portion of the Jacobs Douwe Egberts Site to create a 3576 sqm (38500 sqft) gross internal area food store.
In addition to the Waitrose store, a customer car park with over 200 spaces customer and landscaping improvements have been undertaken. The new store aims to contribute to the local community and economy bringing employment and further investment.
This is the third Waitrose store that Corstorphine + Wright have designed and delivered in recent years, and adds to the portfolio of other food stores which we have designed for Sainsbury’s and Morrisons.
