Corstorphine & Wright is proud to be expanding our healthcare portfolio with our Victoria Infirmary scheme in Northwich, which was recently given approval by Chesire West and Chester Council’s planning committee.
This 12,600 sq ft extension for Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust will be occupied by two operating theatres, consulting rooms and recovery area. The extension has been designed to respect the adjacent listed heritage assets, and is targeting BREEAM Excellent.
The approved extension operates in tandem with the to-be-refurbished Verdin Ward, which will house staff facilities. The submitted planning application for the refurbishment is currently awaiting determination.
