Erica Helmetag Coles
Erica has been with the practice for eight years, during which her impact has been transformative. Over the last four years, she has established herself as a trusted expert in the Bluelight sector, becoming a keynote speaker at industry events and gaining the confidence of key police clients. Her strategic leadership has driven the expansion of our portfolio into new areas such as fire and ambulance facilities. Erica’s passion, expertise, and vision make this promotion truly well-deserved.
Toby Ingle
Since joining us less than two years ago, Toby has made an incredible impact on our Healthcare offering. Recognised as an industry “leading light,” his contributions include rewriting several HBN design guides for NHS England and driving significant successes, such as securing a landmark private clinic project. Toby’s leadership will further strengthen our healthcare strategy in the UK and beyond. We’re excited to celebrate this next step in his journey.
