We are thrilled that our Student Residential design, Fitzwilliam Street in Sheffield, on behalf of Fusion has been granted planning permission at the Planning and Highways Committee at Sheffield City Council yesterday!

The scheme, which is due to start on site in September will comprise 860 student beds within a suite of buildings ranging from 3 stories to 15.

Located in the heart of Sheffield City Centre on the corner of Fitzwilliam Street and Moore Street, the site is currently occupied by Stokes Tiles. Whilst the area has seen pockets of new development in recent times, our scheme offers a huge opportunity to enhance the public realm in this location, and also be a potential catalyst for further regeneration.

Well done to all involved. We are looking forward to seeing it on site!
