We are pleased to announce that our latest student residential scheme was recently granted planning permission. Corstorphine + Wright has worked on behalf of McLaren Property, on the design of The Oaks, a new 380 bed student accommodation building in Warwick.
The site, which is currently occupied by a vacant office building, is located on the edge of Westwood Business Park along Westwood Way.
Over the past couple of years, the growth of both Coventry and Warwick University has seen increased demand for student accommodation. The Oaks development will offer high quality student accommodation for 380 students and includes a number of social learning spaces as well as fitness facilities.
