By Debbie Kyrkili – 8th February 2023

National Apprenticeship Week 2023 takes place from 6th – 10th February. This is a great opportunity for us to reflect on and celebrate the achievements of those within our Practice who have pursued this non-traditional route. The theme for this year’s NAW is ‘Skills for Life’. An apprenticeship can help individuals develop the skills and knowledge required for a rewarding career.

We asked former Corstorphine & Wright apprentices to reflect on their experiences. We have valuable members of the team across both Architecture and Architectural Technology who have taken an apprenticeship pathway. Some joined us at 16 years of age, and have been with us ever since, a testament to their dedication.
