Corstorphine & Wright’s latest PBSA scheme in Birmingham has been approved by Birmingham City Council.
Working with clients Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital, alongside Knight Frank’s planning team, the scheme on the former Sainsbury’s site in Selly Oak, Birmingham, will revitalise the brownfield site that has remained vacant for over five years and will breathe new life and reactivate the Bristol Road frontage.
The project will deliver two blocks two blocks of PBSA between four and six storeys and comprise 472 studios and 364 cluster flats, alongside internal communal and wellbeing spaces. It will also provide significant community benefits through 13,688 sq ft of ground floor commercial space and a 13,374 sq ft medical centre.
We are thrilled with this decision and want to extend our congratulations to the whole team: clients Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital, Knight Frank, Holland Llyod, Macgregor Smith, Mode, DWP, Simpsons, Ashton Fire.
