Corstorphine & Wright is delighted that our scheme Dorset Police Headquarters has been shortlisted for Sustainable Project of the Year at the Insider South West Property Awards.
This new headquarters meets the requirements of modern policing and provides spaces for collaborative work and staff wellbeing, whilst being highly secure as a police HQ.
Sustainability has been a key feature of this design and this new building has been Designed to meet the sustainability standard of BREEAM ‘Very Good’. It will integrate air source heat pumps and a collection of photovoltaic panels to harness solar energy for supplementary power generation.
