Corstorphine & Wright is delighted to have been appointed to Assura’s Consultancy framework.
This appointment comes after a 22-year long relationship with Assura, through our Tamworth team, showcasing our strong partnership and commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare facilities with a focus on sustainability and social impact.
Corstorphine & Wright teams are working with Assura on a variety of schemes, including the recently completed Hadrian Health Centre in Wallsend that is BREEAM for Energy Excellent rated and the upcoming Bury St Edmunds Ambulance Hub, the first of ten future ambulance hubs as we work with Assura to diversify their portfolio of work.
In our approach to design, we prioritise the reduction of embodied carbon emissions, as we believe it presents the greatest opportunity for reducing environmental impact in both architecture and construction. We are proud to have designed and built several certified BREEAM excellent medical centres for Assura in the past, and we are committed to continuing this sustainability focus in our future projects. We aim to exceed BREEAM excellent standards in line with Assura’s goals and those of the NHS, Assura’s partner.
