Following another successful win in 2021, Corstorphine & Wright is delighted to once again be shortlisted at the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2022 in the Architecture Practice of the Year category.
Our Midlands based teams lead many of our Residential Property schemes within the Practice and from Purpose Built Student Accommodation to high rise city living and affordable housing – our schemes are changing the way people live in the region.
Noteworthy projects in the Midlands include the Perry Barr Residential Scheme in Birmingham with Wilmott Dixon, recent winner of the RICS West Midlands ‘Residential Project’ category. Here, we developed a landscape-led solution while increasing efficiency by 50%. The recently completed Elliott’s Yard in Coventry proposes a new sustainable, high quality residential development that will act as the gateway signalling an arrival point on the main route into Coventry.
We are thrilled to be recognised by the Insider Midlands judges, after a ‘record number of entries’, and are very much looking forward to the awards ceremony later in June. Best of luck to our fellow nominees across all the categories.
