Located in the centre of Historic Stratford upon Avon, Langman’s Dental Surgery consists of 11 surgeries with on-site car parking and occupies a constrained site in the heart of the conservation area.
The scheme included the preservation of an existing 3 storey, Grade II Listed building while also adding a modern, bespoke extension to the rear with new basement level, all while working around a large protected copper beech tree.
The existing Listed building was sympathetically modified to accommodate 4 new surgeries, along with ancillary uses and breaking through to a new extension containing 7 surgeries, new laboratory, sterilisation room, reception & basement level.
The facilities have been designed to be fully accessible & incorporate the latest, state of the art disabled dental equipment, providing a unique service for disabled patients.
