The shortlists have been announced for the 2020 Insider Property Awards in Yorkshire and the North East and we are delighted to announce that we’re in the running for multiple awards.
In Yorkshire we have been shortlisted for Architects Practice of the Year in our first shortlisting at the Insider Awards for the region. The news is credit to our incredible team in Leeds and we are delighted to see them recognised with a place on the shortlist.
Our merger earlier this year with Leeds-based practice Architecture 519 has seen our team in the region grow to 35 architects and technologists and their work in defence, nuclear, rail and infrastructure as well as residential sectors really sets them apart.
The team in Leeds has seen further success as Skelton Lake Motorway Services has been shortlisted for both the Design Excellence Award and Commercial Development of the Year on behalf of our client Extra MSA Group.
Over in the North East Insider Media Property Awards, our work on the Great North Air Ambulance has been shortlisted in the Refit/Refurbishment category. The new headquarters for the GNAA saw an existing building radically redesigned to provide a permanent home for the charity. In addition, a new two-storey hanger was built with the capacity to house three helicopters.
