As this is a fast-moving situation our priority is to not only keep our staff and the wider community safe but to ensure that we can still offer the best quality service to all our clients with minimal disruption. Our aim is to maintain strong relationships through this period and make sure you have access to our knowledge and expertise whenever you need it.
We have taken on board the advice from the UK government, NHS and Public Health England and have reflected this in our working practises.
Site visits and face to face meetings will now be on hold. If we have a site visit or face to face meeting arranged with you over the next few weeks, we will be in touch with you directly to discuss this and provide an alternative solution. Technology is a great facilitator and as a practice we are fortunate to have made a number of recent investments in tools that during this time will help us to remain operational and effective. We are actively promoting the use of video and phone conferencing using tools such as Skype for Business, Go to Meeting and Microsoft Teams.
The wellbeing of our dedicated teams is of paramount importance and we are in the process of enabling our teams to work from home where needed.
As this situation progresses, our plans may change but what we can guarantee is that we will continue to keep you informed. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any of your project needs and we can formulate the best course of action to keep everything progressing and moving forward.
We have taken action to protect our staff, the great business we have built and our clients’ businesses but importantly we hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this time.
Best wishes
The Corstorphine + Wright Team
