Nick Baker Director
Nick is a Director working in our Leeds Studio where he ensures the team is consistently delivering high quality designs.
Nick has extensive experience in the design and delivery of complex residential, mixed use, retail and industrial projects with specialist expertise in masterplanning large regeneration schemes.
He has worked with developers throughout the UK and has considerable expertise in working with local authority officers, conservation officers and other consultants to develop robust, innovative and deliverable planning and listed building applications along with construction stage information. In the transport sector, Nick has led the design and technical delivery of a series of motorway service areas (MSAs) for client Extra group.
In our Leeds Studio, Nick is charged with maintaining and enhancing both design and technical standards and for motivating the team to consistently deliver high quality design solutions to a wide range of private and public client bodies.
