Corstorphine & Wright is delighted to announce the appointment of Natasha Clarke in the role of Non-executive Director.
Natasha is a People Professional with a wealth of experience in the strategic thinking, planning and implementation of people and culture plans both in public and private businesses. Her experience from outside the architectural profession will be valuable to the practice bringing in a wider perspective which will contribute to our strategic developments.
“My style is to ask questions and challenge decisions to ensure the leadership team achieve the right outcomes for the business, make fact-based decisions, manage risk and identify the ‘how’ not just the ‘what’.”
While Natasha will be a fresh pair of eyes and ears in the Board room offering independent advice and an objective view to our business plans, she is no stranger to Corstorphine & Wright having worked closely with us as a consultant over the last couple of years. Natasha will be instrumental in helping us to further develop and implement our People Plan and ensure that we remain a Practice where people feel genuinely invested in both personally and professionally.
